CANCELATION POLICY

Calming Waters Massage - 2023

Please note that once we’ve booked your appointment, I reserve time in my schedule to attend to you. 

Cancellations made before [48 hours] would be processed without a penalty.  Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours are subject to a charge, at my discretion, of at least 50% of the service(s) scheduled.   Cancellations less than 24 hours or not showing up for your scheduled appointment is subject to 100% charge of the service(s) scheduled.

To avoid the cancellation charge, I recommend you provide cancellation notice at least [48 hours] before your appointment.  You can reschedule or cancel an appointment by telephone call or text at 774-487-2611, or via email at barbie@calmingwatersmassage.com.

As a courtesy, I may send out a reminder text or phone call the day before.  Please note that this reminder is less than 24 hours, therefore, is subject to a cancelation charge, at my discretion, of the service(s) that was booked.  I understand that some things are out of our control and that emergencies happen, which will be taken into consideration.
