CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved just for you. We make every effort to be ready and available at your scheduled time.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any charge.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a charge of 50% to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by calling or texting:

📞 351-900-SCAR (7227) (for massage appointments)

As a courtesy, we send out appointment reminders the day before. Please note: these reminders are sent less than 24 hours in advance and do not exempt you from cancellation fees if you need to cancel at that point.
